Welcome to Women of Purpose United (“WOPU,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). By accessing or using our website, membership portal, events, or services, you agree to these Terms of Service (“Terms”).

2. Membership & Participation

• Membership and event participation require accurate and complete registration.

• You agree not to share or misuse your membership access.

• WOPU reserves the right to modify, suspend, or revoke membership or participation at our discretion.

3. Payments & Refunds

• Membership fees, event tickets, and donations are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.

• Sponsorships, vendor fees, or contributions are considered final upon payment.

4. Intellectual Property

• All content, logos, designs, and materials are owned by WOPU unless otherwise credited.

• You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute our materials without written permission.

5. Code of Conduct

• We are committed to a respectful, safe, and empowering environment. By engaging with WOPU, you agree not to:

• Engage in harassment, discrimination, or disruptive behavior.

• Misuse our platforms for spam, solicitation, or harmful activity.

• WOPU provides resources, events, and mentorship “as is.” We do not guarantee specific outcomes.

• WOPU is not responsible for any personal, financial, or business decisions made by participants.

7. Termination

• We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms.

8. Governing Law

• These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas.
