Women of Purpose United (WOPU) is a dynamic and growing nonprofit organization dedicated to empowering professional women. We bridge the gaps by offering support, resources, shared experiences, and networking opportunities, equipping women with the tools they need to thrive in both business and life. As a sisterhood, we are deeply committed to uplifting and celebrating the culture of minority women entrepreneurs, fostering success, and inspiring purpose-driven growth.
Our Mission
WOPU is a sisterhood committed to guiding women of color from feeling stuck to living in their divine purpose. Through a holistic focus on mental wellness, we empower women to achieve mental wealth—a life enriched with self-worth, spiritual and self-alignment, peace of mind, purpose, professional excellence, physical health, financial stability, and balance. We provide a safe space for restoration, resilience, and leadership, ensuring every woman finds her strength, embraces her journey, and uplifts others along the way.

1. Empower Women’s Mental Wellness – Provide tools, resources, and programs that support emotional healing, self-worth, and mental resilience.
2. Foster Purpose-Driven Sisterhood – Create a safe, uplifting community where women encourage one another and hold each other accountable for their growth.
3. Promote Mental Wealth – Encourage women to cultivate balance in self-alignment, spiritual alignment, peace of mind, purpose, professional excellence, physical health, and financial stability.
4. Break Generational Barriers – Offer mentorship, coaching, and educational resources that equip women to overcome trauma, limiting beliefs, and societal obstacles.
5. Equip Purpose Pushers – Train and develop women who have overcome challenges to guide others toward healing and success.
6. Host Transformational Events & Workshops – Organize impactful gatherings that provide real-life application steps for personal and professional growth.
7. Secure Funding for Greater Impact – Increase fundraising and partnerships to expand WOPU’s outreach, providing scholarships, grants, and wellness programs to women in need.
