WOPU Membership Enrollment Process
Joining Women of Purpose United (WOPU) is simple and designed to welcome you into our sisterhood with ease and clarity. Please follow the steps below to complete your membership:

Complete Membership Form
Fill out the online Membership Application Form. Be sure to include your preferred email and phone number for future communications.

Schedule Your Membership Intake Interview
Once payment is received, you will be directed to schedule your Membership Intake Interview.
This 20-minute virtual session ensures we understand your goals and help you align with WOPU’s mission and sisterhood opportunities.
Membership Types & Dues

Associate Membership: Dues are $200
-
Individuals who are employed by a non-profit are eligible for a $50 discount

Business Owners and Entrepreneurs, defined as one who currently has fifty percent (50%) or more ownership of a corporation, organization, or registered business entity. Dues are $400

Council Memberships (CM), are for organizations that are committed to the WOPU mission and supporting the advancement of women owned business. You can read more about the CM here. Organizations on the council pay $2,000 a year, for a two year commitment to help advance women businesses in our sisterhood.

Group Discounts, for organizations interested in sponsoring 10 or more women within their business, eligible discounts for Associate Membership for 10 members $1,500. Additional member is $150/ea.​
Who is eligible for membership?
Women of Purpose United is open to minority women entrepreneurs, business owners and professionals. All levels of experience, expertise, and specialties are welcomed.
WOPU terms of membership

Membership is active for one year from the time you pay your dues.

In order to continue taking full advantage of membership, you must complete payment before 30 days past your renewal date or your membership will be canceled.

Memberships are non-refundable and non-transferable.

If you wish to cancel the renewal of your membership after your year there is a 30 day grace period for refunds after your membership has renewed, after the 30 days refunds will not be issued.

Memberships are enrolled in auto-billing. Auto-billing can be turned off in your membership profile after completing payment.
